Yoga at Sreehareeyam is not an add-on to the clinic. It is taught by a member of the same Vaidya family, in the Patanjali school, and mostly online.

Yoga Acharya at Sreehareeyam, following her Vaidya forefathers — her father Dr Ayyappan Kariyat and her brother Dr Sudheer. She has practised since childhood in the Patanjali school.

Certified through Yogakulam Academy under Yoga Alliance, for women through and after pregnancy.

Workshops run for companies, including in Bengaluru.

Focused-gazing sessions, conducted as a distinct practice.

Outside the clinic
Chief Guest, World Yoga Day.
On 21 June 2024 Smt. Indu Sujit presided over the World Yoga Day celebrations at The Madras Sanskrit College, addressing the students and guiding them in yoga, asana, pranayama and mudra. She has also volunteered as a yoga instructor for three consecutive Yoga Days at RBI Layout, J.P. Nagar, Bengaluru, and volunteers for the Trust’s village work — where yoga therapy is given free.
